REFUND POLICY

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as “non-refundable”

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original purchase, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
